The inauguration of the new Unipharma, S.A. installations has allowed us to extend our business activity and dedicate part of this to the manufacture and conditioning of cosmetic and non-prescription products for third parties.

For this purpose, we offer our clients a new industrial plant which has been jointly designed by our technical personnel and a team of qualified engineers. The plant has a surface area of 1000m2 divided into spacious rooms for manufacturing and packaging, and includes a large-capacity warehouse for raw materials, conditioning material, finished products and waste. On the premises there are two process rooms, two machine rooms, one control room and a conditioning room. All meet the requirements set by the Spanish Ministry of Health regarding regulations for cosmetic products and amply fulfil our quality and customer service objectives.

The plant also has a system for and supply of water treated by inverse osmosis and a pilot laboratory reactor in order to carry out tests and samples for our clients. All of this guarantees the correct development of our new products and the matching of products obtained at test level with those from the industrial manufacture process.

We are able to manufacture a wide range of product lines and adapt with ease to the needs of the client regarding products, capacities and formats. We would like to highlight, however, our large range of liquid products (gels, soap solutions, shampoos, lotions, oils, aftershaves, mouthwashes, etc.) along with creams of all types (body, hand, sun protection, moisturizers, exfoliants, etc.)
