Permethrin is a half-synthetic pyrethroid includes in the
group of the natural pyrethroids but being more stable than
those. That is why permethrin is used mostly.

Permethrin is a chemical substance with low toxicity, low
cutaneous absorption and a high pesticide action, since it
has a wide antiparasitical spectrum.

Permethrin acts at the arthropods digestive and respiratory systems producing firstly general paralysis and finally the death in few seconds.

All scientific studies have proved that permethrin concentration necessary to produce the pesticide effect is lower than the concentration of other known pesticides .

Indications

PERMETRÍN^® SHAMPOO is a suitable product against louse infestations in adults and children.

Way of Employment

It is advisable to wash the hair once with PERMETRÍN^® SHAMPOO and leave the product during 10 minutes minimum. After this, rinsing and drying the hair normally. With this operation sequences, nits and louses are removed from the scalp definitively. It is advisable to repeat the above sequence after a week .

Counterindications

The product is counterindicated for people who have shown any kind of pyrethroids allergy.
